Project background

A Northeast China food-processing energy center needed coordinated heating water from an ammonia plant room. Design reviews focused on loop temperatures near 65°C and pump-group hydraulics.

Source / inputs

Annotated heating capacity ~1.28 MW class with leaving-water targets near 65°C; pump groups ~50 m³/h class. Schematics retained offline only—not published—to avoid drawing title-block identifiers.

Heat pump solution

Integrate an ammonia heat-pump duty into the machine-room water network with stainless process piping, insulation, and clear source/sink temperature bands for heating versus process users.

COP & savings

No verified COP in the sketch notes. Capacity and temperatures are design annotations for screening discussion only.

Investment / ROI notes

Not estimated here—requires site tariffs and annual hours.
