Project screening, calculators, and reports are preliminary decision-support tools. They do not replace qualified engineering design, procurement liability, safety certification, or regulatory approval. Have competent engineers review results before design or investment decisions.
3. No invented data
Deterministic engineering tools use the inputs you provide and documented assumptions. AI assistance may help extract or explain parameters but must not invent engineering numbers. You remain responsible for confirming inputs.
4. Professional services
Paid consulting, diagnostics, and enterprise work are scoped separately (including NDA when needed). Website contact forms open your email client; they do not create a binding contract until both parties agree in writing.
5. Privacy
How we handle project data, Copilot traffic, and local storage is described in Privacy & Data. Contact forms use mailto and do not upload files to our servers from the browser.
